The 1000 lb
club
Add your three lifts. See how far you are from four digits, and what each lift has to do to get there.
No recent max? Estimate one from a set.
Spread evenly, that’s about 20 lb on each lift. Tell the plan which lift is lagging and it puts more of the work there.

No federation, just a number.
The 1000 lb club is a gym milestone, not a sanctioned standard: your best squat, bench and deadlift add up to at least 1,000 pounds. Gyms and online communities set their own rules for depth, pauses and equipment.
The common version counts a full-depth squat, a bench press with the bar touching the chest, and a deadlift to lockout, all on the same day or as recent bests. Check the rules your gym or group uses before you claim it.

Where the numbers come from

The 1000 lb club has no governing body or rulebook: it is a gym milestone, the sum of your best squat, bench and deadlift. The only math here is addition, so there is no outside source to cite.
