Privacy Policy

What PowerliftMath stores about you, why, and how to get it deleted.

Last updated: 2026-11-06

The short version

The calculators run in your browser and need no account. If you buy a plan, we store your account, your lift numbers and your weekly check-in answers so the plan can adjust. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

  1. Calculator inputs. Numbers you type into the free calculators stay in your browser. They may appear in the page address so you can share a result; we do not save them.
  2. Account. Your name and email address, and a password if you sign up with email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
  3. Your plans. The maxes, bodyweight, dates and goal you enter to build a plan, and the answers you give after each top set (on the site or from the check-in email).
  4. Payments. Stripe processes payments. We receive the order, the amount and whether it succeeded; we never see or store your full card number.
  5. Usage and device data. Pages visited, rough location from your IP address, browser and device type, collected by our analytics provider to see what works and fix what doesn't.
  6. Cookies. A sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the calculators keep working, signing in won't.

How we use it

  • To build and adjust your plan and show it to you.
  • To send the weekly check-in email if you leave it on, and emails about your account or purchase.
  • To take payment, give refunds and prevent abuse.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site: our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery, sign-in with Google if you use it, and analytics. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and plans while your account exists. Email us to delete your account and we remove your account, plans and check-in answers within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your choices

  • Turn the weekly check-in email off on your plan page at any time; the plan keeps working.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.

Children

PowerliftMath is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For material changes, we will also tell signed-in users by email.
