Terms of Service
The rules for using PowerliftMath’s calculators and paid plans.
Last updated: 2026-11-06
Using the site
The calculators are free to use. By using PowerliftMath or buying a plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.
Not medical or coaching advice
Scores, estimates and training plans are general information worked out from formulas and the numbers you enter. They are not medical advice and not a substitute for a qualified coach. Lifting heavy weights carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, use safety bars or spotters, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Accuracy
We take care to use published formulas and coefficients and to show our sources. Estimates such as e1RM and RPE percentages are averages and will be off for some people. Federations set their own rules; always check the rules of your meet.
Plans and payment
- Plans are one-time purchases, priced on the plan page, paid through Stripe. There is no subscription.
- One plan credit builds one plan. Credits from the Year of plans pack last 12 months from purchase.
- Refunds: ask within 7 days of purchase and we refund in full if you have logged less than one week of training. After a refund, the plan and any unused credits are removed.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break security, no reselling plans.
Our content
The site, its design, text and plan engine belong to PowerliftMath. Program names such as 5/3/1, Smolov Jr, Sheiko and Candito belong to their authors; we describe their published structures and do not claim any affiliation.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, PowerliftMath is not liable for injuries, losses or damages that come from using the calculators or plans, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
